Internal theft, corruption, drug use and other areas of misconduct pose a serious threat to today’s businesses and an employers duty of care to employees. Lancasters has an undercover unit that can infiltrate an agent into your workforce to ascertain what, who and where there is a problem. We have conducted many successful operations where individuals and at times groups have been identified, and external surveillance assets or surveillance devices have obtained evidence leading to numerous arrests or dismissal. We have multi lingual staff and staff with relevant machinery and vehicle operators licenses who are well trained in undercover operations and able to operate long and unusual hours in isolation. We ensure there is a ‘need to know’ basis when the agent is on task.
